About KLCC Home

KLCC Home connects people with properties and professional advertisers in and around Kuala Lumpur City Centre. It is an advertising portal. It does not complete property transactions, hold client money or provide financing.

Professional responsibilities

Advertisers must hold the authority and any registration required for their activities. Submit accurate prices, descriptions, availability and registration details. Only upload material that you own or have permission to publish. Keep listings current and remove unavailable properties. Misleading, duplicate or unauthorised content may be rejected or removed.

Review and publication

Submitted listings are reviewed by the portal administrator before publication. Editing an approved listing returns it to review. A “registration reviewed” badge records an administrator’s review of submitted details; it is not a guarantee of a professional, property, availability, title, investment return or transaction.

Contact and property checks

Confirm listing information directly with the advertiser, arrange a viewing where appropriate, and independently check the professional’s registration and authority. Verify payment instructions through a trusted channel. Do not send money solely on the basis of an online listing.

Using your account

Public browsing is open to visitors. Account features use email and password sign-in, with verification codes for registration and account recovery. Do not misuse contact information, upload unlawful material, impersonate another party or interfere with the service. Accounts may be restricted from publishing through moderation. Listing and upload limits apply.

Tools and information

The mortgage calculator is illustrative and does not constitute financial advice or a financing offer. Directory entries are general building information, with decorative illustrations. Individual listings control advertised specifications and availability.

Service scope

Listing submission currently has no payment step. Enquiries are delivered to the advertiser’s workspace; automatic email notifications and saved-search email alerts are not enabled. The portal may evolve as more professionals join.
