What the portal stores

Sign-in provides your account identifier and email. We store the profile details you submit, your property listings, uploaded photos, saved homes, saved searches, listing reports and enquiries. Listing page-open counters record aggregate opens and are not unique visitor counts.

What becomes public

Professional names, company, registration details, biographies, professional phone numbers and approved property listings may be visible to all visitors. Uploaded property photos are accessible by their media links. Do not upload identity documents, private unit access details, faces or other sensitive information.

Enquiries and contact details

When you send an enquiry, your name, account email, phone and message are shared with the advertising professional and stored in the portal so both parties can track the enquiry. The advertiser should use these details only to respond to that property request. WhatsApp, phone and map links take you to third-party services with their own policies.

Control over your information

You can edit your profile, remove saved homes and searches, and delete your own property listings. Deleting a listing also deletes the enquiries, favourites and reports associated with it. Contact the portal operator through your professional contact channel for account or enquiry deletion requests; account-wide deletion is not yet available through self-service.

Browser storage and hosting

The compare-property selection is saved on your current browser. Account authentication is managed within KLCC Home. Password hashes and session records are stored in the portal database. Verification and recovery codes are sent to your email through our email delivery service. Plain-text passwords are not stored. Application records and images are stored through the portal’s hosting infrastructure. No marketing analytics or advertising cookies have been added to this portal.
